This appliance provides expansion using a hygienic RPE screw.
The TMA wires are pre-activated and inserted into the lingual sheaths. The
locking wires on the molars can be cut after expansion to begin molar
distalization. Anchorage is provided by bonding the appliance to the
bicuspids. |
