The Thornton Adjustable Positioner (TAP®) is an adjustable mandibular advancement appliance.  It can be adjusted by the patient, doctor, or in a sleep lab. This appliance can be used to treat snoring or cases of severe obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).The hardware is smaller than other TAP designs allowing for lip closure.
